Speaking of "context" -- Dershowitz ignores the economic and food blockade of Gaza since Noviember 2007 which constitutes a crime under internationa law and has resulted in mass malnutrition and has been condemned by the IRC the UN, HRW, AI, the World Council of Churches. Dershowitz also ignores the "context" described by Rafael Lemkin in his seminal work on the techniques and stages Axis genocide. That "ghetto rats" fight back from "behind walls" is not surprising; that Jews become oppressive in their "righteousness" is shocking. Read Amira Haas -- one of Israel's few moral voices.
