There will be no change without revolution; and revolution means we have to give up old habits and attachments.

"America" does not exist. It is merely a sentimental nostalgia. What does exist is a corporate police state, that has invaded and taken over the body of something once familiar and cherished.

When I look at a picture of the Capitol, I want to spit. When I see the flag, I puke. They are nothing of me and nothing to me.

Obama has made clear in ways Bush never could, exactly what the neo-liberal agenda is: plundering the public for private profit and now, directly taxing the public, in order to promote insurance company criminality

If we want to be free of this tyranny we have to give up the junk culture and diseased way of life we think of as "being American". We have to be truly born again with a radically new political consciousness that uncompromisngly and directly coordinates economic activity for the good of the broad masses of PEOPLE.

I don't know why everyone keeps on talking about this spurious "unemployment RATE". Who caress about the rate of job loss? The important figure is: what percentage of the (available) work force is not working?

That figure is between 16% and 18% of the work force.

Not only does capitalism seek to alienate the worker from the surplus value of his labor, it seeks to alienate him from knowledge of his own lumpen suffering.
